Privacy Policy

Clear My Debt / Build My Wealth ("we", "us") is an educational financial self-management tool operated by UBLM UNIVERSAL BODYGUARDING LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT INC. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the controls you have. It will be reviewed by qualified counsel before full launch.
What we collect
- Account details: email address and (optionally) your name.
- Financial information you enter: income, expenses, debts, savings, habits, and goals.
- Preferences: country, language, and currency.
- Coach conversations and Earn Lab projects you create.
We collect only what is needed to provide the service. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To compute your Recovery Mode and Financial Recovery Score.
- To power your dashboard, plans, checklists, and coach context.
- To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying analysis only).
Who can see your data
Your financial and profile data is private to your account. Every user-owned record is protected by row-level security in our database, so it can only be read or changed by the authenticated account that created it. We do not sell your personal or financial data, and we do not share it with creditors, lenders, or marketers.
Service providers
To operate the app we rely on a small number of providers: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication (including Google sign-in if you choose it), an AI gateway when the coach model is enabled, and a payment processor if paid checkout is enabled. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service, under their own terms and privacy policies.
International processing
Clear My Debt is available worldwide. Depending on where our infrastructure providers operate, your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We do not claim compliance with any specific local data protection regime during this MVP period.
Your controls
- Edit or delete individual records inside the app at any time.
- Download a full JSON export of your data from Settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
Account deletion removes your data from our live systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups may take a reasonable period to expire fully, after which they are gone. We will never claim instant erasure from every backup system.
What not to type into free-text fields
Never enter passwords, PINs, full card numbers, bank login credentials, national ID or social security numbers, or similar secrets into the Coach or any free-text field. Clear My Debt never needs them to work.
Storage and cookies
The app uses essential storage only: your sign-in session and preferences such as language and theme. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add non-essential analytics or marketing tools, we will ask for consent first.
Security
We protect confidentiality with encryption in transit, row-level database security, and server-side authorization for sensitive actions. No online service can promise absolute security, and we will not pretend otherwise. See our Security & Data Protection page for details.
