Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Clear My Debt / Build My Wealth memberships (Monthly Member, USD $4.99/month, and Founding Member, USD $19 one-time), operated by UBLM UNIVERSAL BODYGUARDING LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT INC.

1. Our refund policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and reviews and processes refund requests in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Eligibility for a refund is determined by Paddle under its policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights.

This 14-day refund-request window applies to every purchase, including Monthly Member and Founding Member.

2. Who processes refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. We never see or store your card details. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method where possible.

3. How to request a refund

• Use the receipt or manage-subscription link in the Paddle email you received after your purchase.
• Contact Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net.
• Or contact us through the app or our support channel and we will direct your request to Paddle.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Cancelling a subscription does not reduce your right to submit a refund request within the 14-day window in any way.

• Monthly Member (USD $4.99/month) may be cancelled at any time from Settings, then Manage billing, which opens the secure Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents future renewals, and your member access continues through that paid period.
• Founding Member (USD $19) is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
